Construction nuisances in Outremont

For the past ten years, the borough of Outremont has been subjected to an unprecedented increase in the number of construction sites since the creation of the municipal corporation more than a century ago. However, construction sites generate nuisances, such as noise, vibrations, dust, congestion, traffic jams, etc. Therefore, the borough wishes to consult citizens in order to identify orientations that would allow for a review of the bylaws regarding nuisances and to develop certain tools in order to improve the management of negative externalities related to private construction sites.
