Consultation has concluded

Montréal can be proud of its status as a North American city where cycling is a major method of transportation. Its bike path network is more extensive than most other major Canadian cities.

Montréal wants to increase bike transportation and encourage more and more Montrealers to use their bike for everyday travel.

To this end, many projects and programs need to be developed in order to give a boost to cycling in Montréal and promote it as a quick, practical and safe means of transportation.

The survey, conducted in recent months, aimed to find out what changes need to be made to the bike path network to get people who don’t travel with their bikes to change their minds.

The results of this consultation will be announced soon.

    The purpose of the consultation, which was held in July, was to compile comments and points of view from residents who are interested in Montréal's Express Bike Network.
