    Build or modernize various basketball courts for players to practice their favourite sport safely, in their own neighborhood, irrespective of their age, level or physical ability. In addition to new equipment installed on all courts, hoops will be installed at various heights on the Saint-Laurent courts, thus allowing persons living with a disability to practice their sport, while the Rivière-des-Prairies–Pointe-aux-Trembles court will be covered with a roof

    Develop the future refrigerated skating rink projected in Pointe-aux-Trembles into a versatile, four-season facility by adding a roof and other necessary equipment. In addition to enjoying fall and springtime skating regardless of the weather, users would be able to practice various activities rain or shine. These could include deck hockey, pickleball, basketball or ballroom dancing.

    Develop or redevelop a soccer field in Ville-Marie, including surrounding infrastructures (lighting, bleachers, etc.). The borough’s citizens will enjoy good playing conditions, which will further encourage an active lifestyle.

    Create small areas closed to vehicular traffic, where young and old could learn to ride a bike. Fun circuits would represent a miniature reproduction of our road system, with street markings and street signs. More elaborate circuits will also be configured for skill development.
