In Saint-Léonard, the running track and soccer field will be renovated. In Ahuntsic-Cartierville, the winter sports cabin will be rebuilt. Redevelop two obsolete parks to create interesting, safe and welcoming areas. Both parks are located in neighborhoods that do not offer many green spaces, and where residents will finally be able to have access to:

- play fountains, and water sprays to cool down
- benches, picnic tables, green space and space for gardening.
In Parc Kirkland, the park chalet will also be renovated.Locations:

The goal is for users to feel safer. Lighting will be added in every location, the playgrounds will be modernized in Pierrefonds, and a trail will be created in the wooded area linking the other two parks, making them safe, inviting and fun to discover and to travel through.
