    Redevelop two parks, so that all persons, irrespective of their physical abilities, can enjoy them fully:
    - trails with access ramps or adapted sidewalks
    - play structures for wheel chairs
    - new accessible benches and water fountains
    - renovation of certain sports facilities

    Renew the sports facilities and children’s play areas in two parks. In Saint-Léonard, the running track and soccer field will be renovated. In Ahuntsic-Cartierville, the winter sports cabin will be rebuilt. In both locations, new play structures will be installed, as well as everything necessary to cool down in summer. Children and teens will be able to play and have fun near their schools.

    Renovate three parks to make them accessible for people living with a disability to travel through freely, easily and safely. These parks will also offer adapted furniture and lavatories, as well as engaging play areas for people with motor or sensory limitations.

    • Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie (Parc Mozart and Parc Étienne-Desmarteau)

    Redevelop two obsolete parks to create interesting, safe and welcoming areas. Both parks are located in neighborhoods that do not offer many green spaces, and where residents will finally be able to have access to:
    - comfortable rest areas
    - sports facilities
    - colourful play structures that will be accessible to all
    - play fountains, and water sprays to cool down
    - benches, picnic tables, green space and space for gardening.
    In Parc Kirkland, the park chalet will also be renovated.

    Replace facilities in three parks for residents to enjoy playing, exploring and gathering there. Families will also enjoy the renewed played structures that little ones will surely appreciate.

    Redevelop a park in Pierrefonds-Roxboro and improve the connection between two parks bordering on Anjou and Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve. The goal is for users to feel safer. Lighting will be added in every location, the playgrounds will be modernized in Pierrefonds, and a trail will be created in the wooded area linking the other two parks, making them safe, inviting and fun to discover and to travel through.

    • Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (Parc Carlos-D'Alcantara)
    • Pierrefonds–Roxboro (Parc Duval)

    Develop a new park in a former parking lot located next to a school. Children with special needs who attend the school will thus be able to play outside safely. Adapted furniture and play structures for these users will be installed in green, well-lit and fenced area.
