La Sainte-Catherine - Phase 2
Rue Sainte-Catherine Ouest continues its transformation
The project on the emblematic Rue Sainte-Catherine Ouest between Rue De Bleury and Avenue Atwater aims at offering Montrealers and visitors a rekindled main street that will transform the downtown experience by giving pedestrians a central place in the public space.
Development between Rue Saint-Marc and Avenue Atwater
The city is reflecting on the redevelopment of the last stretch of the Rue Sainte-Catherine Ouest project, between Rue Saint-Marc and Avenue Atwater. In order for this development to be harmonious with the previous portions of the project and to respond to the special features and needs of the area, the city launched a consultation process in the fall of 2022. The consultation period ended on December 18, 2022. Thanks again to everyone who responded to the online survey and contributed to the interactive map!
