Each year, the City of Montreal takes a variety of steps to improve its services for seniors.

As part of the Age-friendly Municipality (AFM) initiative, the City of Montreal would like to assess the extent to which you find these efforts useful. The City also wants to know more about your needs.

For these reasons, the City of Montreal invites seniors aged 55 and over, caregivers of seniors and organizations working with seniors to complete the following survey.

Your answers are anonymous and none of the information collected will identify you. It should take about 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

These meetings aim to know your opinions and collect your suggestions on the City of Montreal's future commitments to seniors.
