1- Present an opinion to the committee during public hearings scheduled on:

Wednesday, March 29, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (In person) – Council chamber, City Hall (Lucien-Saulnier building) 155, rue Notre-Dame Est

2- Submit an opinion by email, by mail or in person at:
